Been one month since the last entry. The month, and all the shit that has happened since then, has passed by quickly.

There has been so much going on that I fell into a very old trap of not taking care of myself when the shit gets hairy enough. I didn’t want to hide from anything, its just that I kept pushing dealing with the emotional toll of it all to the back burner. So, at least it was brought to my attention and I’m catching on.

I’m winding down right now so that I can be ready for tomorrow.
