Angela is feeling sick today, so we’re on the couch eating pizza and watching the Awards. Here are some random thoughts you don’t care about:
- Billy Crystal was the best host for the Awards. His understated humor brings much more to the show than Jon Stewart.
- The strangest thing I’ve ever seen at the Awards was the song, “It’s hard out there for a pimp” being performed on stage.
- Diablo Cody just won the Award for Juno. Damn, she is VERY hot, I wonder if she would have worn that revealing dress if she knew she would be carrying an Oscar home? Not that we mind that she did.
- Looks like we need to see No Country for Old Men, Lord knows it won enough Awards.
- They did a good job of keeping the jackassery down to a dull roar for this year’s awards. Just find a better host and maybe start it earlier so it doesn’t end at midnight!
