Just Damn
June 18th, 2008 | by Nick |Things have been a bit nuts for the past couple months.
There was a person we once knew attempting suicide for one. There is a lot to that story alone, but for right now, we tried to help the situation the situation out the best we could. They are back on the street and I wish the people still involved…the best of luck. With the drugs and circumstances involved, they will need it.
In our life, there has been a lot going on with my regular job and our freelance work. Right now, we are working on the design for Taqueria El Vecino. It is some of our best work yet, it’s just been in a “last minute, more crap keeps coming up” sort of way.
We’re currently out on the back deck. Angela is taking corrections on the Taqueria menu over the phone and I am on the MacBook typing this update to you, dear reader. The weather has cooled off enough where we can sit out here with a couple beers and relax a bit. We’ve both had our moments of STRESS recently and can use a quiet moment.

We drove past the taquira today and like some idiot I was all OMG THERE’S NICK’S LOGO!!!!! At least Jim was like, WHERE?! lol! :3
