Insomnia & Friends
August 12th, 2008 | by Nick |Yesterday the insomnia hit me hard and fast. By the time I realized how bad it was, it was too late to take anything that would help. I got almost 4 hours of sleep, bleh.
Today was better. I took something before going to bed, so at least I got some sleep. The weather was pretty good today, until the front with the rain moved in. We will have storms and fog until the weekend, when the boiling heat is scheduled to come back. We had Kate over to visit this evening. It was nice to catch up with her and to give her a chance to vent about things. I made dinner for the both her and Angela and then cleaned up the kitchen. It never hurts for a guy to do that occasionally.
I’ve made a promise to myself about writing more, hopefully every day in some form or another. This is much like the one about drawing every day. Like that one, I have to keep at it as it is a work in progress. Thank you for visiting this random entry. I hope you enjoy the visit and have a good night.
