It was yet another Moanday, until we hit the deck.

We sat back, had some beer and talked about the day. After a while, I started today’s comic and Angela got the grill ready for dinner. Then, she made fud as I finished the inking and we listened to Bossa Nova Jazz through the iCat. As the day turned to night, the lights on the deck came on and I posted the finished comic. We then drank wine as my iPod played and talked about plans for the future. Think Weasel! is coming up on comic number 100 and we need to think about what to do next. After the first of the year, we will start working on getting the word of the weasel out. We have a fair number of comics up now and it’s time we got some people to see them.

It has been a good night. The weather has been nice, the food good, them company even better and I’ve been drawing comics. I think it’s a great way to celebrate the beginning of Fall.

Yesterday: Did some running around. Hit Home Depot for home project prices, Big Lots and El Toro for lunch. After that, we came home for some much needed napping. It’s been a long week for both of us. After that, I put up some new shelving in the bedroom closet.

Today: Mowed the front and back lawns. Also mowed the area where we will be putting an art shed in the near future. There is still much privet to be chopped, but it’s off to a start. We also replaced the phone line running to our DSL connection. After Angela noticed how bad things were wired down there, we thought it couldn’t hurt. The phone in the kitchen still isn’t working, but everything else is better. After that was some much needed beer drinking and TV watching. Currently on the list is The Closer, Primevil and Burn Notice. All of them are pretty good shows, check them out if you haven’t yet.

Right now: It’s time to get ready for tomorrow. Time for bed.

I’ve been working on responding to comments and emails tonight. My wonderful friends that are reading ThinkWeasel have been pretty busy lately. It seems you have been more active since I’m turning out more comics! Thank you all very much.

So, Angela has been feeling like crap the past couple days. Today, like yesterday, I came home and made her a yummy meal to help her day suck a little less. I’m pretty happy with the way my cooking ability is coming along. I don’t think I’ll ever top my favorite redhead, but at least I’ll be able to give her a good night off!
