It’s been a quiet start to 2009 and I like it. We’ve had the Twilight Zone on most of the day and I’ve been working on cartoons. I’ve finished up most recent couple, here they are:
It’s funny, I can tell when I swap between sharpies that I use to draw the comic borders. It looks like I need to change out more often. 
The Cartoon Network is running a marathon of old Looney Tunes cartoons. I think it’s time to eat and watch some Bugs Bunny.
The gunfire in the distance tells me that the New Year has come. I got some good video of the celebrations down in our neck of the woods. I’ll post some of it later.
I look forward to this new year. There will be some sadness, but I suspect know there will be some good too. Here’s to a Happy New Year for us all!
(Edit: That second bit seemed a little more depressing than originally intended after re-reading it the next morning. What I basically meant is that stuff happens, but I’m optimistic.)
