Pretty dismal weather today. We had a high of 45 and a cold drizzle covered everything. With the last minute shopping being done by everyone (including myself), the traffic was pretty bad after work. At least the shopping is done, the cooking almost done and tomorrow we drive to see family.

This month has been passing at a pretty good clip. We’re so close to Thanksgiving? Time flies when you’re having fun I guess.
Damn, the end of the year seems to be going faster than the beginning!
Lots going on, just been too busy to write about it. Currently, my body is trying to figure out if it has food poisoning, a sinus infection or both. Either way, I’m feeling pretty crappy right now.
I plan to get some rest and post more soon.
It’s been a long couple weeks. First with Angela being sick, then with some deadline madness at work. Right now, I’m waiting to get my hair cut for the first time since well before DragonCon. There is a bit of a wait on Saturday (its to be expected, I usually take care of this during the week on my lunch hour), at least it gives me time to just sit.
Finally bought an iPhone after all these years. Mostly it just feels like an iPod that I (occasionally) make calls on and the camera is better.
It’s been some time since the madness. Time to let wounds heal, but still remember. Remember not to trade too much of our freedom for security. Remember to appreciate life, we don’t know how long we really have. Remember to love and appreciate the people in our lives, we don’t know how long they have.
