Monday on the Deck

It was a busy day at work. There was a logo design, the latest crap from my favorite magazine and field stripping an Apple LaserWriter printer. The logo was something I was given no information on and I slapped it together in Illustrator (it still looked pretty good despite that). The magazine was squirrelly, they are about as disorganized as ever. The transition to Quark 6 has gone pretty well, now if they can just figure out how to keep to a schedule… The printer was jamming and it looked like there were 20 years of dust bunnies and smoke damage, even though it has only been a couple years. It wasn’t too bad, just draining enough where I want to do little else besides sit on our deck and drink beer. That Samuel Adams White Ale is tasty stuff, after all.

Despite that, I’m sitting here thinking about entries I have to write. There are plenty, since there has been a lot going on lately. Much of it involves art and drawing, which I find hard as Hell to write about. Which I usually procrastinate doing until I forget about it. I’m doing my best NOT to do that this time.
