Not a bad sunset, since it was taken through the dirty window of a moving train! We are in San Luis Opispo and glad to be off the train. Once again, I have found a ‘linksys’ network open and decided to post. This is from earlier when I took the picture:
I’m watching the sun set into the Pacific as the train takes us up to San Luis Obispo. We’re currently stopped at some hole in the wall named Lampoc. The ‘station’ is a slab of concrete and the only thing I can see is the railroad crossing sign and some bored teenagers standing around. It’s been a game for me at every stop to see what kind of wireless networks I could find and use. Usually, there have been up to a dozen networks around. In this place, I can’t see a single one. At least the ocean and the sunset is beautiful.
