This is the first entry I’ve written on an Intel based Mac. Granted, thanks to the brilliance of Apple, I can’t tell the difference. I’m still loopy from the cold and drinking on a Friday, but it’s pretty cool to say the least.

I’ve been around for awhile, long enough to go from the client-server based systems, to desktops, back to the MacBook Air and Internet-based client systems. God, there is something amusing  to being of the generation that wondered what would happen when we broke the 100 MHz barrier… What goes around does indeed come around.

Angela and I have been taking about age, experience and the perspective that comes about with time. We both have it and we’re amused sometimes at the younger people we deal with. To the best of their ability, they try to go forward with the idea that they have in mind. They complain about age bias towards them, but show it to older people in their own way. That’s ok I guess, it can be as natural as breathing. Everybody must go through the growing process, and sometimes things must be learned first hand.
