It was a quiet weekend for us. Saturday I did a deep clean of the shower and bathroom. The bleach and cleaner fumes were so bad, that I broke out the box fan and a filter mask! Sunday was pretty quiet, since we got a bit rowdy Saturday night. I did manage to make Beef Wellingtons for dinner though, with asparagus and potatoes as the side. It may not be a traditional flowers and dinner out, but Angela appreciated it and that’s what matters.
The New Year is moving quickly. One of my resolutions is to write more, so…
– I’m working on getting my weight and blood pressure down. Its back to counting calories, eating less, drinking less and exercising more. My weight is down a bit from my record high of 214 and I’m hoping to never see it again.
